An Affordable Retreat Experience
 The intention of this retreat pilgrimage is for you to be deeply happy while experiencing
Mother India in all her glory. 
Daily practices and meditations will be offered from the Sufi and Buddhist traditions.
Mudita will lead morning and evening practice and meditations.
The pilgrimage is designed for those who choose a deep experience without paying high tour prices. Depending on your time frame, you can choose from a two or three week journey.
Mudita will be staying for three weeks. Mudita has traveled to India many times (at least 9 times) along with living in Northern India for a year.
We will stay in nice, clean, quiet hotel in New Delhi with western accommodations. Then a day trip to Arga, to the Taj Mahal. Next we will begin to head north toward the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains to Rishikesh, to experience the Sacred Ganges River. Rishikesh is hill station in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains, a special pilgrimage area for all Hindu’s. Then off to Dehradun, then up to Dharamsala, where we will stay for most of the retreat trip, to allow you to dive deep into a daily rhythm. While we are in Himalayan mountains in Dharamsala, we will stay in a modest Tibetan “Guest House” (hotel/motel) accommodation, just a few foot steps away from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s Temple and his monastery, Namgyal Monastery. Each room has its own private bath. My hope is to keep the tour group to about 8 people, with each person booking their own airline ticket. If you would like to travel on the same flight with Mudita to India, she will give to you all her airline details, so you can book the same flight.

Deposit of $300 due by November 1, 2015. Refunds up till February 1, 2016, if your
place can be filled, otherwise only $50 will be refunded. Mudita will be making all our travel arrangements within India. You will reserve your lodging with your own credit card. Mudita will provide you with a step by step retreat pilgrimage timeline, with all the information you will need,
to be able to make all your own outside of India travel arrangements.

Mudita Sabato was raised Catholic and in her early 20’s she studied with a Lakota Sioux Medicine women, later she found herself on the path of Hinduism. She has studied the daily prayers of Islam, and in her early 30’s lived in the Himalayan Mountains, to study Tibetan Buddhism, with her teacher, Lama Tenzen Choden. Her path has helped to developed her inwardly in mystical understanding. In the 1980’s she became a Sufi Initiate. Her Sufi teacher is Murshid Wali Ali Meyer, the Director of the Sufi Ruhaniat International Esoteric School. Some would call her a Whirling Dervish. Today, she is a Sufi Guide/Teacher and group facilitator of sacred dance, walks, music, voice, movement and “Whirling as Meditation."
